Building a Just and Inclusive Society
Achieving a sustainable social vision for Libya requires holistic reform in education, health, employment, and social inclusion. Our efforts begin by transforming the foundations of social services and promoting equal opportunities for all citizens.
We are committed to developing education by reforming curricula, aligning them with labor market needs, and improving infrastructure and teacher training. In healthcare, our focus is on expanding access, improving hospital conditions, acquiring modern medical equipment, and benefiting from international medical expertise. Raising health awareness through public education remains a priority.
We believe economic development is critical to improving living standards. Encouraging investment across sectors and supporting entrepreneurship will help create a suitable work environment and generate new job opportunities, especially for youth.
We also emphasize women and youth empowerment by supporting their participation in all aspects of life—social, political, and economic—while ensuring they have access to education, employment, and economic resources.
